At Neelima Agro, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering our products to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Since our items are food-based and perishable, we follow specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Returns Policy

Our products (such as ghee, cheese, and pickles) are perishable and cannot be returned once opened or used.
However, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • You received a wrong or incorrect item.

  • The product is expired or leaking at the time of delivery.

If your order meets the above criteria:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email to info@neelimaagro.com with your order ID, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund process.

2. Refund Policy

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • If you opt for a replacement, the product will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been packed or shipped.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • To request cancellation, email info@neelimaagro.com or call our support number with your order details.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all products on time, unforeseen courier delays may occur due to weather or logistics issues. Neelima Agro is not responsible for such delays once the product has been handed over to the courier.
